Well, I've been making soccer picks over the last few weeks. Since this speculative effort has been doing well, I decided to post it on my blog. I was +$570.50 last week in the EPL. Here goes!

These teams are not even. Even in Stoke, I think West Brom should be favored.

Liverpool @ Southampton
The Saints are overrated, and I still think there is a solid chance they will be relegated. Liverpool played hungry last week against Spurs, I expect that to continue.

These teams looked pretty even in the first leg, so I don't see why Schalke are such big favorites.

Premier League: Sunderland @ QPR
A nice win for QPR last week, but they shouldn't be favorites on a -0.25 against Sessgenon and a solid Black Cats side.

Premier League: Tottenham @ Liverpool
Spurs are playing great football right now. I think they're worth a half-unit gander on the 1X2.

FA Cup: Chelsea @ Manchester United
United will be hungry for a win after going out in the Champions League to Real Madrid on Thursday.

Champions League: Celtic @ Juventus
Celtic played Barcelona close in the first round, but got killed by Juventus in Scotland. I think this will be a 2 or 3 goal victory for Juv.

Champions League: Valencia @ PSG
Valencia is lucky to still have a chance here, they barely mustered a goal at home a few weeks ago. PSG is the better team by far.

Look, I know Shakhtar played Dortmund close a few weeks ago, but the Ukrainian league is not the meat-grinder the Bundesliga is.

Champions League: Real Madrid @ Manchester United
Look, anyone who saw the first leg here knows that Real Madrid is the better team. I'll play the moneyline instead of the Asian Handicap.

Well, in the unlikely event that there is an NCAA tournament, here's my projection for it. Stanford really hurt themselves with their loss to Cal, their SOR is almost unprecedentedly bad for an at-large team. Bracketology 3/7/20

The biggest game of the day on Friday was Northern Iowa's loss to Drake in the Arch Madness quarterfinals. I have kept the Panthers as the last team in the field for now, but it's going to be a long wait for them until Selection Sunday. Most of their resume comparisons haven't made the tournament, although their NET remains solid. A massive day awaits today, with nearly every bubble team in action. Bracketology 3/11/20

The last quiet bubble day of conference tournament week is done, with six more bids punched. Robert Morris moves into the field for St. Francis PA after their win in the NEC title game. I was supposed to be heading to Madison Square Garden for the Big East tournament tomorrow and likely up to Cambridge for the Ivy League tournament this weekend.
