The Power Five games last night were largely a dud- Kansas State and Texas Tech rolled easily. This pushed TCU and Texas closer to the bubble. Despite their 14th loss of the season, Texas is probably still fine. If they lose to TCU and then have an early exit from the Big 12 tournament, it could get a bit dicey. For TCU, they're really being buoyed by a sweep of Iowa State. If they don't pick up another win over a tournament team they could be in serious danger on Selection Sunday

 Tonight on the bubble, Minnesota could come close to locking up a bid against Purdue. Alabama could take a big step against Auburn, Xavier looks to keep their momentum going at Butler, and Utah State tries to avoid a landmine at Colorado State.

Well, in the unlikely event that there is an NCAA tournament, here's my projection for it. Stanford really hurt themselves with their loss to Cal, their SOR is almost unprecedentedly bad for an at-large team. Xavier made things really interesting with a loss to DePaul, they're my last team in. The biggest game of the day on Friday was Northern Iowa's loss to Drake in the Arch Madness quarterfinals. I have kept the Panthers as the last team in the field for now, but it's going to be a long wait for them until Selection Sunday. Most of their resume comparisons haven't made the tournament, although their NET remains solid. A massive day awaits today, with nearly every bubble team in action. The last quiet bubble day of conference tournament week is done, with six more bids punched. Robert Morris moves into the field for St. Francis PA after their win in the NEC title game. I was supposed to be heading to Madison Square Garden for the Big East tournament tomorrow and likely up to Cambridge for the Ivy League tournament this weekend.
